Perched on the remnants of Canada’s original parliament is a complex that pays homage to Montreal and Canada’s Heritage.  Parlement is an establishment that promotes the celebration of community and social connection through its welcoming décor, service, creative beverages, and elevated food. 

Parlement first opened its doors in July 2019 bringing to the table original cocktails.  In 2020, Parlement was nominated by the public as one of the Top 5 “Best New Restaurants” in Montreal.

The creative mind behind this buvette is Kevin Demers, one of Montreal’s most recognized local talents having two establishments on Canadas Best Bars in 2020 (El Pequeno Bar #4 and The Coldroom #11).  The food program is lead by chef Chanthy Yen, one of Canada’s Best Chefs, serving “Curbside Cambodian” from our ghost kitchen TOUK.
